HR Generalist/Payroll
LHH is teaming up with a well-established organization in the professional services industry in Lafayette, CA in search of an HR Generalist to support full-cycle payroll and generalist HR functions across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with 3–5 years of experience in generalist roles and hands-on full-cycle payroll processing. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required, and familiarity with multi-entity payroll is a strong plus. A degree is preferred, and the right candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fully on-site setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process full-cycle payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
- Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support HR initiatives and resolve payroll issues.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with full-cycle payroll responsibilities.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (required).
- Experience with multi-entity payroll (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay Rate: $80,000–$100,000 annually
