Director of Human Resources
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources who has a proven track record partnering with executive leadership to develop company strategy and specifically execute across all HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership guiding people strategy to develop a people center strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Provide leadership for all strategic and tactical functions of HR including Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisitions, etc.
- Develop and improve talent management programs such as succession planning, employee engagement, review process, and performance management.
- Ensure all the HR policies and procedures are legally compliant, up to date, and efficient and effective across the entire organization.
- Utilize data to measure effectiveness of current initiatives and drive continuous improvement through the optimization of HRIS and ATS tools.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with internal stake holders as well as all third-party vendors.
Qualifications
- 8 plus years of progressive human resource experience
- PHR or SHRM certification
- Masters Degree in HR or related preferred
- Demonstrated Project Management or Implementation experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 based on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday
