What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Accountant position at LHH?
LHH is seeking a Property Accountant to join our client in Charlotte on a contract basis. This position will be responsible for the accounting for a portfolio of properties and assist with ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
· Managing the accounting for a portfolio of properties
· Financial reporting
· Journal entries
· Month-end close
· Reconciliations
· Ad-hoc duties as needed
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent experience required
· Experience with real estate or property accounting highly preferred
· Experience with pivot tables and vlookups required
Compensation:
· The anticipated pay range for this position is between $38/hour and $45/hour depending on experience.
Work site:
· Hybrid once trained
Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
