About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Specialist to join our team in Vineland, NJ. This is a fully onsite position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support staffing, logistics, and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to site activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related issues and escalations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in site operations, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- SAP is a plus
- Must have worked directly with 3PL
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
