We are seeking a team-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-starting Legal Assistant to support a dynamic group of litigation attorneys and government relations professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain attorney calendars, including court deadlines, meetings, and internal events
- Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client conferences
- Handle e-filing and e-recording in state and federal courts
- Edit, style, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings with precision
- Assist with time entry and billing processes as needed
- Provide proactive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and government relations teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of litigation legal assistant experience
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and e-filing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
