The firm's Naples office is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to handle a variety of commercial litigation matters, including probate litigation. The ideal candidate must be Florida Bar licensed and have experience in providing advice and guidance to clients with business disputes, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, business transactions, and real estate and construction contracts. While T&E litigation experience is a plus, it is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial litigation matters, including probate litigation
- Provide advice and guidance to clients with business disputes, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, business transactions, and real estate and construction contracts
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Florida Bar licensed
- Experience in probate litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- T&E litigation experience is a plus but not required
