Accounts/Payroll Clerk needed, 15- 17 hours per week, 3 days per week; 12p - 5:30p

EXPERIENCED IN:
Microsoft Excel
Dealing with people
Working with figures
Responsibilities:
Payroll duties (Ability to accurately compile employees hours worked from times slips to excel spreadsheet) and export to payroll company for processing payroll
Record keeping of some invoices and maintaining accuracy
Microsoft Excel (Required)
Some personnel related duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE:
Great figure aptitude
Knowledge of Excel a MUST
Great attention to detail
Good phone manners
Bookkeeping or accounts receivable background or knowledge a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
