- Accurately review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests
- Code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts and enter into the accounting system
- Prepare and issue timely payments via ACH, wire, and checks
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies professionally and efficiently
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
- Assist with month-end and year-end close, including accruals and account reconciliations
- Support internal teams and vendors with AP-related questions and resolutions
- Help prepare documentation for audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of accounting experience, ideally with a focus in accounts payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a plus
