The Secondary Math Curriculum Specialist is responsible for providing direction and advocating for the grades 6-12 mathematics program in the school district. The Curriculum Specialist provides leadership in the development, implementation, and management of the math program at each grade level; determines the assessment program aligned with the curriculum; offers guidance in establishing effective instructional strategies that support student learning; develops and implements a professional learning plan for assigned areas; oversees the maintenance and continuous improvement of the program; and represents the math program to the community and beyond.
