- Receive and return phone calls and communication from parents,
- Provide support to the Director of Learning & Teaching, including maintaining their calendar.
- Update files and documentation.
- Type and maintain files for correspondence, memoranda, reports, agenda and budgets.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and electronic mail; set up video conferencing sessions.
- Facilitate approval and distribution of information from outside agencies.
- Serve as systems administrator for technical programs around professional development including Performance Matters.
- Serve as systems administrator for district evaluation program, RANDA.
- Work independently to plan and orchestrate special meetings, workshops and hiring/selection committees; reserve rooms, prepare and circulate agendas, complete preparation for meetings and order refreshments as needed.
- Maintain budgets for the Learning & Teaching Department.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requests for payment.
- Initiate or complete requests for budget substitutions and journal entries.
- Monitor monthly financial reports.
- Serve as account coordinator for procurement cards.
- Work cooperatively with the Learning Support Team and support staff as well as members of other teams to ensure smooth flow of work.

- High school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized

- Knowledge of operating, installing, supporting and maintaining PCs and associated application software preferred at hire.
