Yellowstone Club’s Golf Operations department is currently seeking candidates for a Golf Operations Coordinator for this Summer season! Our Summer employment dates are June - October.
The purpose of the Golf Operations Coordinator is to provide administrative and operational support to the Golf Operations and Golf Maintenance and Landscape teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and efficient scheduling for golf-related services, ensuring an exceptional experience for both Members and staff.
Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central administrative support for the Golf Operations team, assisting with ADP scheduling, service charges, and payroll.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including responding to emails and coordinating information between departments.
- Assist with invoice processing and tracking for both Golf Operations and Golf Maintenance & Landscape teams.
- Assist with ADP payroll entry and tracking for both Golf Operations and Golf Maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to support operational needs, seasonal planning, and special events.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain data in Salesforce and other systems as required.
- Assist with scheduling tee times, lessons, and staff trainings.
- Coordinate and support staff training materials, including uploading and organizing photo content and training documentation.
- Support special golf events and tournaments as needed.
- Assist with reporting, document preparation, and department communications.
- Participate in seasonal onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Golf Leadership or Club Management.

Experience/Education Required
High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
Minimum of two years of customer services experience or closely related industry experience

Valid State Driver’s License
