The Director of Instructional Design is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of course content, instructional strategies, and educational technologies. This role involves collaborating with faculty and staff to enhance the quality of education through innovative instructional design and effective use of technology in the predominantly team-based-learning curriculum. The Director works with department heads and other faculty to ensure that the curriculum meets the highest standards of academic excellence.

- Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with technology and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and learning management systems
- Submission of a digital portfolio of relevant works
- Experience with TBL (Team-Based Learning).
- Experience with veterinary education.
- Experience with Allele.
