- a minimum of a masters degree in nursing required for all CSON faculty positions; *a doctorate is required for teaching in the CSON graduate programs, doctorate in Nursing recommended; *current unrestricted Tennessee licensure and licensure in other states if required for teaching/clinical supervision; and *evidence of potential for effective teaching and scholarly activity.
