What you’ll own:
LoanPro’s Associate Partnerships Manager is responsible for working with the VP of Partnerships to build strong business relationships and alliances that support the organization's growth. This role focuses on referral partnerships, supporting direct sales and customer success by generating a pipeline and managing referral relationships. You'll contribute to an indirect model involving co-sell, cross-sell, and direct sell approaches, working tactically to identify strategic partners that help customers and prospects achieve their long-term goals. The Associate Partnerships Manager leverages LoanPro’s resources to create value-based solutions, meeting current customer and company requirements. You will exemplify excellent customer service and uphold Company core values, culture, policy, and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
- Become a Product and Partner Expert: Deeply understand LoanPro's software and our partners' offerings, identifying how their combination fulfills customer needs.
- Drive Partnership Growth: Accelerate and advance LoanPro's Core Lending platform by leveraging existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
- Systematize Partner Management: Implement a systematic, process-driven approach for partner management and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Pipeline & Performance Management: Create and manage pipelines for new partner opportunities, use metrics to assess partnership value, and negotiate for improved returns.
- Enable Internal Teams: Work with the marketing team to enable the broader LoanPro team to effectively leverage partnerships with customers.
- Cultivate Partner Relationships: Manage day-to-day interactions with key strategic partners, continuously seeking ways to deepen these relationships from execution through implementation and ongoing management.
- Report & Inform: Keep leadership updated on partner progression, existing plans, and industry trends, including new players and activities.
- Onsite Collaboration: This role requires onsite collaboration with team members, with remote work permitted at manager's discretion and per company hybrid policy.
Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks:
- Manage Networks: Oversee partner networks, strategic alliances, and partnerships.
- Drive Results: Develop method-driven approaches to achieve results through partnerships.
- Strategic Execution: Assist the VP of Partnerships in implementing a partnership strategy that enhances LoanPro’s reach and impact.
- Relationship Coordination: Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners to maximize collective impact.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting on the partnerships pipeline and activity.
- Initiative Development: Conceptualize new strategic initiatives to expand LoanPro’s reach through key partnerships.
- Forecasting & Monetization: In conjunction with the Executive Team, help organize strategic initiatives, objectives, and strategies to monetize and forecast the department's performance.
- System Development: Develop systems and procedures for identifying, engaging, and developing strategic partnerships.
- Financial Tracking: Develop, measure, and manage reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities and revenue.
- Travel: May travel to sales events, trade shows, and potential customer/client meetings.
- Agreement Management: Manage partner agreements.
- Feedback & Attitude: Possess the ability to give, receive, and implement feedback and constructive criticism, maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
- Collaboration: Build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across various styles, functions, geographies, and cultures.
- Organizational Agility: Develop and maintain strong organizational astuteness and agility.

What you’ll need for success:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 years of related work experience, preferably in a professional partnerships, sales, or account management role.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in managing and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project & Relationship Success: Proven ability to manage projects and relationships that have led to increased opportunities, revenue, and ongoing contracts.
- Industry Understanding: Understanding of the broader lending ecosystem, with the ability to become a subject matter expert.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic, enterprise-wide, and systems thinking.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a team environment with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including facilitating group presentations and consulting.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office applications, and industry-specific analysis software.
