Job Title: Land Development, Project Manager

Location: Washington DC

Years of Experience: Minimum of 6 years

LVI is working with a small leading consultancy firm that has offices across Northern Virginia and DC. This firm is operating as a local small business, working on exciting land development projects in the community.

This firm works on a variety of multi-family, commercial, and federal government projects across the Northern Virginia and DC area.

Requirements:

  • P.E License
  • BSc in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in land development.
  • Experience in grading, stormwater management, utility design, roadway design, site design, erosion, and sediment control.
  • Proficient in Civil 3D.
  • Based in DC or willing to commute.
