They have won a variety of multifamily and commercial restoration projects since establishing their Houston and Austin presence and are now looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to help them manage this workload and service the growing client base across Texas.

Responsibilities
- Develop precise estimates and competitive bids for restoration and reconstruction projects.
- Perform self-led take-offs to gather necessary data for bids.
- Review construction plans, specifications, and perform take-offs to gather bid information.
- Assess sites to collect data for estimates on renovations and modifications to existing buildings.
- Design and propose solutions for client-specific needs.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience with complex, self-performed estimates. Ideally on restoration projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Proficient with computers, tablets, and construction management software.
- Deep understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and materials. In-depth understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
