Job Description: The Role: Food Service Associate - Dish Room This position offers a variety of kitchen tasks from operating our state-of-the-art ware washing equipment, retrieving trays from the patient floors, and cleaning our department work areas. The Opportunity: MaineGeneral Health is currently seeking an exceptional Food Service Associate to join our team. The Work: · Performs a variety of sanitation duties, including dishwashing, maintaining food service areas in a clean, safe and orderly condition · After cleaning and sanitizing equipment - stores dishes and supplies. Maintains dish and pot washing areas. You Have: Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. High School graduate or equivalent.
