Job Description:
- Serve as a mentor, educator, and advocate for personal health and wellness
- Collaborate on developing and implementing wellness activities that promote overall health
- Deliver engaging group sessions on topics like stress management, healthy living, and prevention strategies
- Offer one-on-one coaching to help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers, and maintain motivation
- Track outcomes and participant feedback to continuously strengthen the program
- Provide insight and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Health Coaching Certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and a motivational approach to working with diverse individuals
- Critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently
This is a 40-hour, weekday position based in Waterville, ME, with full benefits. The role is part of our Sports & Wellness job family and offers the opportunity to make a real impact in partnership with Occupational Health teams in an active, on-site industrial setting.
