Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician provides support and task completion at the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete assigned service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Document assigned service requests in a timely manner.
- Keep the property free of debris and trash.
- Perform other functions related to the position as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Training in construction, HVAC, electrical preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in maintenance.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- General maintenance skills required.
- Ability to understand written directions.
