We’re seeking an experienced Business Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for G&A and Commercial teams.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies, source and evaluate talent, and guide candidates through a world-class hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to understand business needs and define recruitment strategies for each open role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
- Facilitate interview debriefs and lead the offer approval, extension, and negotiation process
- Create exceptional candidate experiences through consistent communication and guidance
- Use metrics and data to evaluate and optimize recruiting outcomes
Proactively develop closing strategies and ensure candidates have all the info they need to make informed decisions
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in business recruiting (G&A, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
- Proven success in evaluating talent beyond resume keyword matching
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
Comfortable adapting to fast-changing environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-volume business recruitment
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools used in recruiting workflows
- Comfortable learning and adopting new tools in a modern recruiting tech stack
- Experience applying design thinking methodologies to improve candidate experience
