Mallory is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and reliable person to help support a growing customer at a customer facility. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting a major customer who is building a large automotive plant in Ellabell. This is a dynamic position that involves inventory, auditing, stocking, customer service, and even a bit of technical work. It’s a wonderful fit for people looking for variety – no day will be the same! As an Inventory Specialist, here’s what a typical day might look like:
- Assist in the installation process for new lockers, machines, and cabinets
- Replenish PPE and other safety and industrial items in vending machines, lockers, and cabinets
- Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on machines, cabinets, and lockers
- Maintain inventory accuracy by following process development and quality standards
- Reports and cycle counts to ensure the customer always has stock
- Complete detailed audits using a checklist
- Receive in product
- Communicate effectively with internal teammates and external customers via phone, email, and in person
- Continuous lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift
Here’s what we’re looking for in an Inventory Specialist:
- Previous warehouse, merchandising, and/or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering results
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with technology and various software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift between 20-50 pounds daily
- Ability to read and write in English
