Currently, we are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team in Savannah, Georgia!

Here we grow again! Mallory continues to grow by 15-18% year after year. Due to this expansive growth, we are looking to add an Inventory Specialist to join our team in Savannah, Georgia!

Mallory is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and reliable person to help support a growing customer at a customer facility. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting a major customer who is building a large automotive plant in Ellabell. This is a dynamic position that involves inventory, auditing, stocking, customer service, and even a bit of technical work. As an Inventory Specialist, here’s what a typical day might look like:

• Assist in the installation process for new lockers, machines, and cabinets
• Replenish PPE and other safety and industrial items in vending machines, lockers, and cabinets
• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on machines, cabinets, and lockers
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following process development and quality standards
• Reports and cycle counts to ensure the customer always has stock
• Complete detailed audits using a checklist
• Receive in product
• Communicate effectively with internal teammates and external customers via phone, email, and in person
• Continuous lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift
   

Here’s what we’re looking for in an Inventory Specialist:

• Previous warehouse, merchandising, and/or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering results
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with technology and various software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift between 20-50 pounds daily 
• Ability to read and write in English
