Warehouse Associate Position Overview:

This position is an exciting opportunity to join our warehouse team in Longview. This position is open due purely to growth, which means your days will be full and dynamic and there will be opportunities for your own personal development.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day operation of our Longview warehouse. From order picking to receiving, to shipping and even delivery, you’ll be wearing just about every hat!

As a Warehouse Associate, here’s what a typical day might include:

• Receiving product and stocking items on shelves in the warehouse
• Picking, staging, and shipping orders
• Loading and unloading product
• Overseeing both UPS and LTL shipments
• Cycle counts and maintenance of inventory accuracy
• Acting as a back-up Delivery Driver when needed – may drive your own vehicle
• Interacting with internal and external customers in a polite, respectful manner

Interested in this position? Great! Here’s what we’re looking for in a candidate:

• At least one year of experience working in a warehouse environment
• Experience with warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse ERP systems is preferred
• Proven track record of working successfully with a team
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and twist for the duration of the workday
• Valid Driver’s License is required
