Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

What’s the Job?
- Clean lab supplies and glassware and operate washers, dryers, and autoclaves.
- Prepare and dispense materials (solutions, powders, liquids) to meet batch specifications.
- Assist with waste chemical removal and maintain proper housekeeping per GMP.
- Create label files from templates and complete basic file/lab documentation tasks.
- Support onboarding and training for new procedures as assigned.
- High school diploma with technical certification and 1 year of lab experience — OR AS/BS in a scientific discipline with 1 year of experience.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Detail‑orientation and strong time‑management abilities.
- Ability to read/write in English, follow diagrams, evaluate charts, and perform basic math.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Opportunity to support clinical and commercial product manufacturing.
- Hands‑on experience in GMP‑regulated lab operations.
- Skill development in autoclave operation, batching, documentation, and laboratory processes.
