Job Title: Manufacturing Technical Support Specialist

What’s the Job?
- Analyze production data to identify trends and improve efficiency, product quality, and cost.
- Support validation activities and act as SME for MES/eDHR processes and system changes.
- Troubleshoot non‑conformances and collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and LCM.
- Create or revise quality documents (work instructions, procedures, PFMEAs, test methods, batch records).
- Test next‑generation DNA sequencing instruments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or GED required; STEM coursework or BS in Engineering/Chem/Bio/Physics preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with SOPs, DHRs, ECOs, GLP/GMP, SAP, or diagnostic instrumentation is a plus.
