Mid-level Litigation Associate - Los Angeles
Our client is a major firm, seeking a litigation associate for its Los Angeles office. The salary for this position is between $250,000 to $290,000 and may vary depending on a range of factors.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercial litigation and soft IP litigation experience.
- Ability to manage complex litigation matters from start to finish.
- Experience with trademark, copyright, and/or trade secret litigation is preferred.
- Experience drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, depositions, and representing clients in court
- Ability to appear in court independently; pre-trial and trial experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong egal analysis and advocacy skills.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
