Trademark Attorney
Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark associate with 2-5 years of experience for its offices in all firm offices, including Washington, DC, Anchorage, Denver, Santa Fe, and Las Vegas. The salary for this position is between $185,000 to $230,000 and may vary depending upon a range of factors
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement.
- Experience conducting trademark searches and global trademark strategies.
- Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; strong client-interfacing skills; team focused.
- Strong academic credentials.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $185,000 - $230,000
