Job Summary
Responsible for general cashier duties and maintenance of retail area, as well as providing excellent customer service while taking orders and presenting food and beverages. Additionally, will answer guest questions and provide information about the resort and the surrounding area, as well as other duties assigned by management. Must uphold company safety and sanitation policies.
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to properly make change for cash transactions and process credit card payments
Must be at least 16
Preferred
Previous customer service experience
Typical Schedule
Days:
Schedule varies including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Hours:
Varied hours depending on hours of operation and business demands
Core Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a pleasant and timely manner
- Upsell products when possible
- Complete accurate cash handling procedures
- Demonstrate customer service during guest interactions
- Complete cleaning tasks including cleaning windows, display cases, floors and carpets
- Fill and stock condiments
- Maintain a neat, clean, and sanitary environment
- Maintain basic ABC knowledge for sale and inventory of alcohol
- Other duties as assigned by management
