Accountant – Seattle’s top real estate private equity group (3 days/Seattle)
TERRIFIC new Accountant opportunity with Seattle’s top real estate private equity group. Take on interesting work for an expanding, complex real estate operations group, supporting the firm’s ever-growing real estate portfolio. Work on month-end close, GL, JE’s, bank recs, prepare financial reporting packages (compliance, debt covenants, loan reporting, etc.), review 3rd party accounting transactions (property management, rents, etc.), fixed assets, depreciation, cash, wires, capital spending, prepare draws for ROI, update date records. Ideal for 1-3 years experience, BA in Accounting, background in real estate and Yardi a plus, but not required. $70-80K bonus, great benefits, generous PTO, 3 days a week onsite in Seattle, free parking. Great opportunity for a sharp up & comer, interested in getting into real estate and private equity operations!
