Title: HR Service Representative
Position Shift: Full time Monday through Friday
Position Summary:
· The HR Service Representative provides centralized human resources services spanning benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and other transactions. You will be a key point of contact for basic to moderately complex day-to-day responses to employees’ needs, ensuring efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes. It is the primary point of contact to triage and resolve employee inquiries and concerns. The HR Service Representative may escalate questions and / or concerns to Subject Matter Experts (SME) if unable to resolve. Other daily tasks include generation of solutions for online knowledge base and establish standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs. In addition to technical experience, the HR Service Representative must have good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be self-motivated, detail-oriented and well organized.
Credentials / Education:

· Associate’s degree Required Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· 1 year of Human Resources experience Required.

· Call Center experience preferred.
