Duties:
- Assist with the installation of ductwork, furnaces, and HVAC systems
- Support technicians on the job site with tools, materials, and general labor
- Help set equipment like outdoor condensers and furnace units
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Learn the trade and gain hands-on experience every day
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Punctual and reliable
- No experience required — we’ll train the right person
