This role involves working in custom homes across Northern Virginia, focusing on installing ductwork and HVAC systems.
Duties :
- Install ductwork and heating and air conditioning systems with expert precision in high-end custom homes.
- Lead rough-in ductwork installations with a focus on craftsmanship and adherence to custom design specifications.
- Set furnaces and outdoor units.
- Install line sets for HVAC systems.
- Ensure all work meets strict industry standards and building codes.
- Adapt to changes in construction and provide solutions to maintain schedule efficiency.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in sheet metal work.
- Ability to lift 75 - 100 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual, and take pride in producing high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
