Field Service Technician - Boston
Duties:
- Repair, install, and maintain laboratory water purification systems at client sites throughout the Boston area.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on existing equipment and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues on-site
- Respond promptly to service calls and customer requests
- Train customers on system use and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation via Salesforce CRM
- Provide pricing quotes customers for service visits
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as an equipment installation or service technician, ideally for laboratory-related instruments, equipment, or systems.
- Experience must include working in a laboratory or sterile manufacturing, clean room, hospital, or similar environment.
- Prior field-based work experience that included traveling to various sites.
- Strong customer relationship skills i.e. personable, outgoing, good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- HS diploma required, Associates Degree is Preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $90,000
