Technical Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and technical requirements.
- Project Management :
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and planning to execution and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Technical Leadership :
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure that solutions align with industry best practices and client expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with internal teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with sales and account management teams to identify upsell opportunities and support business growth.
- Reporting and Documentation :
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical requirements, plans, and client communications.
- Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Technical Expertise :
- Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and system integration.
- Experience with tools and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments.
- Project Management :
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Client-Facing Skills :
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Experience :
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
- Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving Skills :
- Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project risks and opportunities.
- Education and Certifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
