THE JOB
In the role of a Front Desk Clerk, you'll embody the essence of hospitality, guaranteeing that each guest is warmly welcomed and deeply appreciated from their very first interaction to check out. By understanding the guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry far beyond their stay with us!
THE PAY RATE: Starting at $19.00/hr
THE DAY TO DAY
Welcome guests warmly, providing exceptional service and addressing any complaints following our S.H.O.W. Service Basics
Manage early and late arrivals/departures, walk-ins, and check-ins/check-outs smoothly and professionally
Offer upgraded accommodations when available and promote enrollment in our M life loyalty program to enhance the guest experience
Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest expectations and special requests
Accurately post charges and credits, handle payments, and maintain cash handling procedures responsibly
Issue keys while prioritizing guest security, privacy, and confidentiality, ensuring a relaxing and hassle-free experience
Perform any other duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and a seamless experience
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Priorexperience is a plus
Able to well under pressure and in high conflict situations
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Proficient in bilingual communication
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
