THE JOB:
The Sales Coordinator supports three to four Sales Executives, handling administrative tasks and company-wide initiatives. They act as a liaison between the property and clients, ensuring service aligns with core standards and brand attributes. All duties follow department and property policies.
STARTING RATE: $19.50 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Coordinate contracts for trade shows and conferences, including renting meeting rooms and sleep spaces.
Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, special handling alerts, and amenities.
Manage travel advisor requests and liaise with property operations teams to execute them, handling the inbox and distributing tasks to other departments as needed.
Provide information on activities, services, and amenities within our resorts and Las Vegas.
Set up site/FAM tour agendas, coordinate with properties to prepare keys, arrange dining, and assist clients as needed.
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, conference calls, and travel arrangements for Hotel Sales Executives.
Prepare expense reports and maintain files with highly sensitive and confidential information.
Deliver excellent service aligned with the property's core standards and brand attributes, maintaining positive relationships with clients and employees by anticipating their needs.
Assist in responding to customer correspondence and requests as needed, especially in the absence of Executives.
Preform other job-related duties as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
One (1) year of guest service experience.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED:
Proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
