THE JOB:
As a Spa & Salon Sale Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations to our diverse guests within Spa & Salon. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING PAY: $14.50 (plus 3% commission rate)
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Engage with our clientele, offering personalized product recommendations by understanding their unique preferences and needs.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Deliver exceptional service with in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and materials used in services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our products and services.
- Ensure the store maintains a sophisticated and inviting ambiance by keeping product displays attractive and inventory levels optimized.
