THE JOB:
As a Ticket Representative, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform ticket verification prior to entry into exhibit and events
Sell, upsell, cross-sell and process tickets to current or future shows, events, exhibits, or attractions
Answer guest questions, and provide detailed information regarding property facilities and services
Utilize and balance a cash drawer
Operate numerous computer and ticketing systems with accuracy
Other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Previous customer service experience in a resort or similar setting
Previous box office or ticketing experience preferred
Detail-Oriented
Can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Basic Computer or POS knowledge
SCHEDULE:
Full Time – Thurs-Mon Swing Shift
STARTING PAY RATE:
$16.00 per hour
