Description
Assist the Superintendent with daily on-site operations for custom home projects
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure schedule adherence
Monitor quality control to ensure work meets design specifications and company standards
Enforce jobsite safety policies and maintain a clean, organized site
Participate in inspections with local authorities and consultants
Track daily progress, assist with scheduling, and help resolve field issues
Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and ownership teams
Profile
2-3 years of experience working on custom luxury homes in South Florida
Strong understanding of residential construction means and methods
Experience coordinating subcontractors and inspections
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and advance professionally
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
