Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Management (Office & Client‑Facing Leadership)
- Lead overall project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for luxury custom home projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, designers, and consultants
- Manage contracts, change orders, purchasing, and cost controls
- Coordinate preconstruction efforts, including constructability reviews and value engineering
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain detailed project documentation and regular reporting for ownership and clients
Superintendent (On‑Site Field Leadership)
- Oversee all on‑site construction activities for luxury residential builds
- Direct and schedule subcontractors and trades to meet project milestones
- Enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards
- Verify materials, workmanship, and finishes meet luxury specifications
- Conduct daily site inspections and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
- Lead punch list completion and final turnover efforts
Shared Responsibilities
- Uphold exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and white‑glove execution
- Maintain clear and proactive communication between field and office teams
- Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact quality, schedule, or client experience
- Represent the company professionally with high‑net‑worth clients and stakeholders
Profile
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Superintendent on luxury custom home projects
- Strong knowledge of Florida residential construction practices and codes
- Experience managing complex architectural details, high‑end finishes, and custom scopes
- Familiarity with Palm Beach County permitting and inspection processes preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
