Description
As the Project Manager/Estimator - Demolition Project Exp - Kittery ME you will:
- Support and manage demolition/environmental projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Perform takeoffs, create estimates, and assist in bid proposals
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and scheduling
- Work closely with senior leadership, including the SPM and leadership partner for the environmental division
- Utilize Procore for project tracking, documentation, and communication
Profile
- Experience in demolition, asbestos abatement, or sitework required
- Open to a wide range of experience levels (junior to senior)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Procore is preferred
- Must be commutable to Kittery, ME
Job Offer
- Compensation up to $95K - $125K (commensurate with experience)
