Description

We are currently seeking a highly capable Project Manager to join our clients team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic oversight and hands-on project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and experience using Procore's Financial Management Module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from initiation through closeout.

• Utilize Procore's Financial Management Module to manage budgets, contracts, and change orders.

• Maintain oversight of project schedules, deliverables, and milestones while ensuring all goals and timelines are met.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and local government agencies.

• Provide detailed project administration and documentation, including RFI tracking, submittals, meeting minutes, and progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and local DC government regulations.

Profile

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

• Hands-on experience using Procore Financial Management Module.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems efficiently, and adapt quickly.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated experience managing interior build-outs and/or DC government projects is highly preferred.

  Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

  • Working knowledge of DC permitting and regulatory processes.

  • PMP Certification or similar is a plus.
