Description

• Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead all on-site demolition activities, including structure takedown, debris removal, and coordination of labor, equipment, and subcontractors
• Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers, utility providers, and environmental consultants to plan and execute demolition phases
• Maintain daily site logs, manage trucking logistics, and ensure equipment is operated and maintained properly

Profile

• 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in construction, preferably in healthcare or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, project teams, and site operations.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate with clients, subs, engineers, and internal teams.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and site logistics efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset to address challenges and keep projects on track.
• Experience working on fast-track or high-risk projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in construction management software and project documentation.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized job site.

Job Offer

• 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent
• Experience running Ground Up projects or has demolition or site work experience
• Experience with project planning and scheduling, contracts, and project controls and procedures
• Software proficiency including: Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam, Word & Excel
• OSHA 10 certified (MUST have)
