At Midland Care, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. We are currently seeking dedicated and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Employment Type: Full Time & Part-time
Pay Rate: CNA - $15 /hour | HHA - $17 /hour (pay is based on requirements and experience)
Location: Topeka, KS
Sign on for CNAs is $1,000 | HHAs will receive a sign on of $1,500
***CNA's receive paid training to obtain their HHA license after 60 days.
Shift differential rates:
- $1 for weekday hours after 5pm - 8am
- $1.50 for weekend hours between 8am - 5pm
- $2 for weekend hours after 5pm - 8pm
As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to clients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs and health changes
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Ensure a safe and clean environment

Qualifications
Required: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with willingness to enroll in HHA certification course within first 90 days of employment. Preferred: One year experience as a Home Health Aide preferred.
