What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Parents position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, providing an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing on-campus and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Candidates should have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
A comprehensive benefits package is included, along with relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required

Salary : $43,825 - $165,000
