Senior Fund Accountant opening with a growing $4B AUM Private Equity Fund in Greenwich, CT!
The role will provide the opportunity to learn and grow through exposure to a range of responsibilities across Accounting, Tax, Operations, and Investor Relations.

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of financial statement of the funds
• Preparation of weekly public and private fund returns
• Preparation of weekly investment activity report
• Prepare capital calls and distribution files and review fund administrators allocations
• Prepare internal management fee and waterfall calculations and review the fund administrator's
• Help track investment cash flows and calculate investment performance
• Preparation of quarterly schedules for the Advisory Committee
• Quarterly fund performance analysis (based on actual and estimated)
Salary : $110,000 - $165,000
