The impact you'll make daily:
- Prepare quarterly financial statements for Real Estate Investment funds
- Reconcile bank statements, prepared cash flow forecasts, perform month-end close entries
- Manage the processing of inter-company funding.
- Global month-end financial statements preparation and reporting
- Post monthly cash entries, maintain revenue details and reconcile balances to g/l
- Assist with year end audit
- Create improvements in reconciliation processes to increase efficiency and save time.
- Various special projects
Qualities of this rare individual:
- Accounting Degree, CPA or parts passed Must have
- Prior experience within a Public Accounting firm and or prior experience within the PE industry
