As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients one-on-one or in small groups to help inspire and guide them on their fitness journey. This job is located at our main YMCA facility at 1608 N. Washington Street in Bismarck.

In this role, you can look forward to:
- Contacting clients to schedule sessions
- Developing personalized exercise plans
- Demonstrating proper exercise techniques
- Observing and and coaching clients to help them achieve their goals
Part Time, Up to 29 Hours per Week
Flexible Hours Based on Availability & Client Needs, Monday-Friday:
- 5:00 am-Noon
- 4:00 pm-9:00 pm
- Weekend hours also available

Qualifications
We are seeking individuals who embody the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. A Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through an accredited program such as ACE, ACSM, CSCS, NETA, NASM, ISSA or AFAA preferred, or the ability to obtain certification within an agreed upon timeframe required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Exercise Physiology may also be considered. Experience as a Personal Trainer and/or with small group exercise programs preferred. The ability to provide personal training services for the YMCA/Family Wellness network only is required. Outside similar services are considered a conflict of interest.
