Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including project coordination, file management, and customer support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to multitask
  • Performs the Administrative functions for one or more departments.
  • Performs general administrative tasks such as:
  • Handling the mail, typing, filing, and answering phones.
  • Establishes and maintains office files, makes appointments and arranges meeting rooms as required.
  • Responsibilities could include activities such as generating and distributing reports, maintaining business information, drafting correspondence, and acting as the department contact to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to represent a positive and professional image.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
