As a Assembler & Installer Specialist, you'll be trained in key areas like mechanical, electrical, or sheet metal work, depending on your skills and interests. What You’ll Do
Assemble and install components for refrigeration systems
Work with copper piping, electrical wiring, or sheet metal panels
Use hand and power tools like drills, tape measures, and saws
Follow safety and quality guidelines
Keep your work area clean and help the team meet daily goals
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable using tools and doing physical work
Able to read instructions, measure accurately, and follow directions
Reliable, positive, and ready to be part of a team
