Miami, FL | $16.50/hour | Monday–Friday / 8AM-5PM

As a Client Intake Coordinator, you’ll speak with older adults and their families to learn what help they need and connect them with the right services.

What You’ll Do
- Talk with clients over the phone to collect basic information
- Ask simple questions to understand their needs (like food, housing, medical care)
- Enter details into a computer system
- Decide which clients need help quickly and pass them to the right team
- Keep client information private and secure
- Work with others to make sure each client gets the help they need
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking with seniors and families
- Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, typing)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn—training is provided
- Bilingual English & (Spanish or Creole) is a MUST
